Lost Shipment Policy

If you are tracking your package on-line and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call or email us immediately. We will contact USPS or FEDEX to begin a trace on your package which will initiate them in starting a investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-30 business days. If it is determined by USPS or FEDEX that your shipment has been lost in their possession a replacement will be shipped out to you pending USPS’s investigation.
