All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only.
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via USPS or FedEx. International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country. Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.
Pretty Saddity Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.
Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.
Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship within 2-3 business days. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day. Custom orders may take up 1 week to ship. Wholesale orders generally ship within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks from time of invoice payment.
We offer two shipping options: 1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping.
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Florida warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Undelivered/Return to Sender Packages
Incomplete and/or incorrect addresses are the major cause of late deliveries & shipment delays. Double Check the shipping address on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the correct and pertinent information (address, Floor, apt #, Building #, Directions, etc.) needed to deliver your shipment accurately. ALL orders will be shipped via USPS or FEDEX to the address you provide at checkout. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete address possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been released from our warehouse you will be assessed the $10.00 address correction fee that USPS or FEDEX will charge us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED / ISSUED FOR LATE, REFUSED OR ABANDONED ORDERS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a incorrect, nonexistent or bad address you will be responsible for ALL additional shipping charges.Returned to sender packages will be held for up to 3 business days. A reshipping charge will be assessed. If not claimed your order will be restocked. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.
